Getting the right personnel for the right job is itself a tedious task. Training of personnel is done regularly so that they can be involved in the place of other person in case of emergency. The contractor or the vendor is evaluated for the experience they have in airport facilities management and then they are awarded the contract for facilities management. Outsourcing improves the productivity of the airport employees since they can focus on their core business.
