It is necessary for them to deal with stress and conflict effectively to get the productivity you need. There are many courses and training available for such employees. You need to send them to such training so that they acquire the skills needed to cope with stress and conflicts.


Poor customer service is another issue in human resource management. If your customers are not serviced properly they will not return to you again and it is a loss to your company. Know how your customer service is functioning and sort out the issue in it. This will certainly increase the turnover of your organization in due course.
