Are you ready to conduct a change management workshop in your organization? You can do this if you want to implement change management in your organization. You should how to conduct a change management workshop.

The first point you should consider is, who are all the people to be invited for that change management workshop. You already know the list of the decision makers in your organization. These decision makers along with other team members who will be implementing change management in your organization are those to be invited first. Processes are dealt with the line managers and you can include them too.

 

There are professionals who support these line managers and they should also be invited to the change management workshop. You would have already assigned the roles and the responsibilities for some staff who also measure the implementation of the change management. These staff can also be invited for the change management workshop. The approver of the change requested should also be included in the list of invitees. You can include another person who can document the results.

 

The program agenda could be an introduction to change management and the purpose for which it is being introduced. You can disclose the roles of the participants in the change management process. Take a process that is going to be changed and review it. The analysis done during the change management workshop could be documented. The objectives of the process improvement and be discussed with the new objectives and goals.

 

You could conduct a brainstorming session to get the ideas for business process improvement. List down the tasks that are to be done and the processes that are to be automated. You can combine the ideas you get out of the brainstorming session to see whether you can meet your objectives and goals with those ideas.

Document all these information to review it at a later stage.
