What are the various components of project management system? Projects too have to chore
through their life-cycles adhering to a system. Every project irrespective of
its size, scope has to adapt a system. A system in the project management refers
to the existence of interrelationship of activities in a project. The absence
of a system makes a project die.

A parade through entanglement of all-purpose subsystems. The systems approach to problem solving also has phases of development similar to systems life-cycles or project life-cycle. The phases of the system are. Translation phase: All said and happens in this stage, where the project objective, jargon and the criteria for selection are established with a clear circumscription acceptable to all participants. Analysis: All
possible avenues to solve the problem are stated and made understood by all. The criteria for selection and major constraints governing such selection process are referred to the alternatives chosen for converging with the objectives. Synthesis: Ultimately, the best solution in reaching the goal of crisscross is an outcome of the integration between analysis and tradeoff phases. Vital components of project management system are, the fundamental rationale of a system that must be accomplished. A sine qua non or a fundamental constituent of whole system that may even satisfy the object to some extent. A surrogate, a secondary course of action. If one fails out other will substitute and fulfill the needs of the system. The matter of carrying out is focused on accessing the choice and selecting the best course of action. The demarcation point, which describes the frontiers of the system within which the alternatives must move and devote to the resources. It can be inferred that the basic theories and philosophies, governing the projects had a stormy attack by the system approach management. Owing to the fact that project management is a subset of management cult, it would be comforting oneself to describe the principle of general systems theory. The general systems approach can be squared with the management approach, which attempts to integrate and unify the scientific information across many fields of knowledge. Systems theory attempts to strike problems with a view rather than an analysis of the individual components. To manage a project successfully, a perfect synthesis is essential between the sources ad time. This is possible only by applying the systems concepts, system parlance; this synthesis is made up of only few wedges, which together constitute a total project management system. The total system of project management consists of seven subsystems. 1.
Planning system.
