The program agenda could be an introduction to change management and the purpose for which it is being introduced. You can disclose the roles of the participants in the change management process. Take a process that is going to be changed and review it. The analysis done during the change management workshop could be documented. The objectives of the process improvement and be discussed with the new objectives and goals.
